About Our Event – How to Find Us
The New York International Numismatic Convention is the United States’ most prestigious numismatic event targeting the needs of the world and ancient numismatic communities. The 43rd Annual NYINC will be held at fabled Waldorf Astoria Hotel, located at 301 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022, between 49th and 50th Streets. Our dates will be Saturday January 3, 2015 through Sunday January 11, 2015, with bourse activities taking place Thursday-Sunday, January 8-11, 2015.

The NYINC will feature a bourse area consisting of 115 of the leading specialists in world and ancient numismatics and will be held on the 18th floor meeting room level of the Waldorf Astoria. The auction sessions will also be held in the Norse Suite, also on the 18th floor.

Please consult the Schedule of Events for each specific auction to determine its location. Our event will also include a full range of educational programs and meetings. Our multiple auction sessions are cataloged and conducted by a number of the leading numismatic houses in the world, including: Heritage; Gemini Numismatic Auctions, LLC; Classical Numismatic Group; The New York Sale, a joint venture of Baldwin's Auctions, Ltd; Ira and Larry Goldberg; M&M Numismatics and Dmitry Markov; as well as Stack's-Bowers-Ponterio. In addition, Kolbe & Fanning Numismatic Booksellers will conduct a specialty sale focused on numismatic literature. Bibliophiles eagerly await the the Kolbe & Fanning literature sale held in conjunction with the New York International Numismatic Convention each year.

In all 9 different auction houses, either singly or in collaborative efforts, will be contributing their expertise and numismatic drawing power to our auction presentations in 2015, which will take place over a span of eight consecutive days. No other numismatic convention can equal the incomparable scope and breadth of the NYINC auctions, presentations that require literally atrtact dealers and collectors from throughout the world, making New York City the numismatic capital of the world during our event.

Auction lot viewing will open on Friday, January 2, 2015. Auction sessions will be held Sunday January 4, 2015 through Sunday, January  11, 2015. The bourse are will open from 12noon-7PM on Thursday, January 8 for the Professional Preview. For a $125 registration fee, payable on site, Professional Preview attendees will have access to the bourse area prior to the regular public admission hours to the bourse. The Professional Preview is open to both collectors and dealers without booths.

Public admission is $20 for a three day pass valid throughout the event. Children 16 and under with an adult are admitted free of charge. A $5 admission discount coupon valid Friday-Sunday may be printed by clicking here.

Bourse Area Hours

The 120 dealer bourse area will be held in four separate rooms of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel on the 18th floor meeting room level. The Starlight Roof, Palm Room, Gramercy Suite and the Metropolitan Suite. Hours will be:

Please remember also that no third party has been authorized by either the NYINC or the Waldorf to contact any of our booth holders or other attendees to make reservations on your behalf. Such contacts should be viewed with suspicion and may be an effort to obtain confidential information from you, such as credit card numbers, expiration dates or securityh codes. It is highly recommended that all NYINC attendees make their own reservations only by calling that Waldorf directly at (212) 355-3000.

Please remember also that limited number of rooms are available at our discounted rates and that after room block expires on Decembe 1, 2014, or after the room blcok is fully subscribed, substantially higher rates may apply. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

The dates at left are for the bourse area portion of the NYINC, with the first date listed being for the Thursday Professional Preview. A $125 registration fee applicable for the Professional Preview grants early admission privileges in advance of the Friday opening of the bourse area to the general public. Auction lot viewing begins the previous Saturday, with the first auction session the previous Sunday.
Auction sessions conclude on the final Sunday of the bourse schedule.
