The 50th Annual New York International Numismatic Convention official room block will be open to accept reservations on or about February 15, 2021.
Please watch this space for a link that will enable you to access the room block and book discounted accomodations directly online.
Please note that the Grand Hyatt NY like a growing number of New York City hotels , levies a "Destination Charge" of roughly $40 over and above the daily stated room rate. This "destination charge" does not apply to reservations made under our official room block, bus does apply to bookings made outside the block, including via third party websites, travel agencies, etc.
No outside agency has been authorized by either the Grand Hyatt or the NYINC to contact our booth holders or other attendees to solicit reservations, whether by phone, email or any other means. Such contacts may be an effort to obtain confidential credit card information or other personal details for potentially fraudulent purposes. It is hightly recommended that NYINC participants only make reservations by booking through the link that will be posted on this website. Pleas
Please remember also that reservations booked outside the special discounted NYINC room block are subject to an additonal $40 "Destination Fee" per night plus taxes that is not assessed against NYINC room block reservations.
Please remember also that lilmited rooms are available a our discounted rates. Bood early to avoid disappointment.
If difficulties are encountered in securing accommodations (agent can't find room block, claims room block is sold out, etc) please contact the Bourse Chairman, Kevin Foley, for assistance at (414) 807-0116. The Grand Hyatt is an extremely busy convention and meeting destination. Other events will be taking place in the hotel over our dates. It is highly probable that the Hyatt will be physically sold out over at least some of our dates. Making reservations sooner, rather than later, will avoid disappointment. Once the hotel is physically sold out our ability to be of assistance with housing issues will be very limited.
