The NYINC bourse area is sited in the Empire State Ballroom - Ballroom Level of the Grand Hyatt
All NYINC auction sessions will be held in sections of the Empire State Ballroom
All auction viewing rooms and educational program/meeting rooms are located on the Conference Room Level, one floor below the Empire State Ballroom

(Empire State Ballroom is "B" on the elevator control panel. Conference Room Level is "CC")

The first day of the four day NYINC bourse is the Thursday Professional Preview Day. Auction lot viewing begins the prior Friday. For 2020 hotel room rates at the Grand Hyatt under the special NYINC room block will begin at $209, Junior Suites at $309. Junior Suites especially are in very limited supply.

Special NYINC room rates must be booked prior to December 9, 2019. After that date higher rates will prevail. PLEASE BOOK EARLY!

To reserve, call the Hyatt toll free number at (888) 421-1442. For destinations from which toll free service is not available, call the Grand Hyatt at (212) 883-1234. Advise the agent that you are participating in the New York International Numismatic Convention and ask for our group rate.

Problems booking: Call Bourse Chairman Kevin Foley for assistance at 1-414-807-0116. Due to the presence of other meetings and funtions in the Hyatt over our dates, it is strongly recommended that guests book as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointement.

Antiquities: objects, statuary, vases, lamps and items of similar nature may be neither displlayed nor offered for sale at the NYINC.
