NY International Numismatic Convention

Bourse Area Hours

Thursday, January 13 12noon - 7PM (Professional Preview - $125 Registration)
Friday, January 14 10AM  -  7PM (General Public Hours - $20 Registration Fee)
Saturday, January 15 10AM  -  7PM
Sunday, January 16 10AM  -  3PM

 
The NYINC foreign and ancient specialty bourse, featuring roughly 100 of the world's leading specialists in world and ancient numismatic will be held in the Grand Ballroom, Empire Ballroom and the contiguous to both ballrooms Gallery, all located on the second floor meeting room level of the Barclay, where the auction lot viewing rooms are also located. 

Auction Sessions will be held in the Barclay Salon, located on the first floor lobby level 

 

Please note that in accordance with New York City public health regulations and mandates, all booth holders, staff members and registrants at the NYINC will be required to present either written or electronic proof of vaccination against the Covid virus in order to be admitted. A government issued photo ID will also be required to register and participate. 

Convention Registration -- $20.00
(Valid for all three days Friday-Sunday)

The first day of the four day NYINC bourse is the Thursday Professional Preview. Auction lot viewing begins the pror Friday. For 2022 sleeping rooms rates at the New York Barclay under the special NYINC room block will begin at $199. Special NYINC rates must be booked prior to December 14, 2021. After that date higher rates will prevail. PLEASE BOOK EARLY.

Rooms at the Barclay may also be reserved by calling the hotel at (800) 782-8021 mentioning rate code EHG and advising the agent that you are attending the New York International Numismatic Convention. 

Please note that rooms booked outside the NYINC official room block, including via travel agents, third party websites, or directly with the hotel but not in the NYINC block are subject to a destination charge of $40 per night.
NYINC official room block reservations are exempt from this charge.

All auction viewing rooms as well as the bourse area are located on the second level of the New York Barclay. The Barclay Salon, where all auction sessions will be held, is on the first floor lobby level on the 49th Street side of the building.

Offerings at the New York International Numismatic Convention emphasize and are restricted to foreign and ancient numismatic items, United States material after 1815 may not be displayed. Antiquities: objects, statuary, vases, lamps and items of similar nature may be neither displlayed nor offered for sale at the NYINC.
