at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel

The New York International Numismatic Convention is the United States’ largest and most prestigious numismatic event targeting the needs of the foreign and ancient numismatic communities.  The 53rd Annual NYINC will be held at the InterContinental  New York Barclay hotel, located 111 East 48 Street, New York, NY  10017, at Lexington Avenue. 

The NYINC will feature a bourse area consisting of over a 100 of the leading specialists in world and ancient numismatists and will be held in the Empire and Grand Ballrooms as well as the immediately contiguous Gallery area of the Barclay. The seven days of auction sessions will be held in the Barclay Salon, located in the lobby level. Auction lot viewing will be held in meeting rooms located on the same second floor level as the bourse area.  Numismatic organization meetings and educational seminars will be held on the second floor of the Barclay in the Morgan Suite and the Astor Suite I.

Please consult the Schedule of Events for the specific session times scheduled by our multiple official auction companies. Our multiple auction sessions are cataloged and conducted by a number of the leading numismatic houses in the world, including: Heritage; Stack’s-Bowers, Classical Numismatic Group, St James’s Auctions Ltd., Spink USA and The New York Sale® . In all, six different auction houses, will be contributing their expertise and numismatic drawing power to our auction presentations in 2025. 

 Auction sessions will take place over a span of seven consecutive days, beginning on Monday, January 13 and concluding on Sunday, January 19. No other numismatic convention can equal the incomparable scope and breadth of the NYINC auctions, presentations that quite literally attract dealers and collectors from throughout the globe, making New York City truly the numismatic capital of the world during our event. Auction lot viewing will open on Friday, January 10. 

The bourse area will open from 12noon-6:30PM on Thursday, January 16 for the Professional Preview/Early Bird Day. For a $125(Credit card only) registration fee, payable on site or through the Buy-A-Pass Tab up on far right of web page. Professional Preview/Early Bird attendees will have access to the bourse area one day prior to the regular public admission hours, as well as at 9:30AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Professional Preview/Early Bird Day is open to both collectors and dealers. 

The NYINC bourse area regular public hours will be:

  • Friday, January 17 – 10AM-6:30PM
  • Saturday, January 18 – 10AM-6:30PM
  • Sunday, January 19 – 10AM-2:30PM

Public registration is $25 (No Cash, only credit cards accepted) for a three-day pass valid during all public hours throughout the event.

Bourse Area Hours

The dealer bourse area will be held in the Empire Ballroom, the Grand Ballroom, and the Gallery, located on the second level of the Barclay.

 Thursday, January 16             12noon-6:30PM (Professional Preview – $125 Registration- Credit Card only)

Friday, January 17                  10AM-6:30PM (Booth holders at 9AM and Professional Preview at 9:30)

Saturday, January 18              10AM-6:30PM (Booth holders at 9AM and Professional Preview at 9:30)

Sunday, January 19                10AM-2:30PM (Booth holders at 9AM and Professional Preview at 9:30)

 

Registration at the NYINC is $25 (Credit Card only) for a three-day pass valid during all public hours Friday through Sunday. 

 Location

The InterContinental New York Barclay, located at 111 East 48th Street, between Park and Lexington Avenues. In Addition, the #’s 4, 5, 6, 7 and S lines have stops at Grand Central Station, located at 42nd Street and Park Avenue. The Grand Concourse at Grand Central is directly accessible to the Barclay via the “Northeast Passage”, an indoor connection to 48th Street ending roughly one half block from the 48th Street entrance to the Barclay. The entrance to the “Northeast Passage” is located next to track 23 in Grand Central Station. It is open Mondy-Friday from 6:30AM to 9:30PM, closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

 Please note that the NYINC is under contract with the Barclay to be our site for the next two years:

  • January 9-18, 2026
  • January 8-17, 2027
